South
South INNO8 Pro GNSS Receiver
The South INNO8 Pro is a laser RTK GNSS receiver that measures points the pole cannot reach. It tracks 1898 channels, measures 8 mm + 1 ppm horizontal in RTK, corrects pole tilt up to 120° and adds a green laser with a 150 m range for contactless points. Three cameras support video and AR stakeout, an internal 3 W UHF radio covers base and rover work, and the 10,000 mAh battery runs up to 30 hours. Benefits Measure building corners, walls and hazards without standing on the point. Stake out with an AR camera view instead of only arrows on a screen. Keep the pole tilted up to 120° with IMU compensation. One receiver as base or rover thanks to the 3 W UHF radio. Applications Topographic and detail surveys Building facades and corners Construction stakeout Road, rail and utility surveys Points near traffic, water or other hazards

Overview
The South INNO8 Pro combines a 1898-channel GNSS engine with a green laser rangefinder and three cameras. In RTK it measures 8 mm + 1 ppm horizontal and 15 mm + 1 ppm vertical over UHF, and 8 mm + 0.5 ppm horizontal over NTRIP. It also supports L-Band corrections through BDS PPP and Galileo HAS where there is no network or base.
The class 3R green laser measures up to 150 m, or 200 m in optimal conditions. South specifies 2 cm accuracy within 10 m and 4 cm within 20 m, so the laser is for points you cannot occupy, not a replacement for a total station. The 400 Hz IMU corrects pole tilt up to 120°. An 8 MP video camera, an 8 MP laser telephoto camera and a 2 MP AR stakeout camera guide you to the point on the controller screen.
The receiver has an internal 3 W UHF radio for transmit and receive on 410 to 470 MHz, with 8 to 10 km typical range and 12 to 15 km in optimal conditions, plus 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and Wi-Fi. It stores data on 64 GB, has a 1.39" round touch screen of 454 x 454 pixels, and runs up to 30 hours on its 10,000 mAh battery. The 155 mm by 93.6 mm housing weighs 1280 g, is rated IP68 and survives a 2 m pole drop, from -45 °C to +75 °C.
When the INNO8 Pro is not the right choice: if your work is open-sky topo and stakeout without unreachable points, the South G7Q is lighter at 907 g and simpler. If you need millimeter accuracy on remote points, use a total station such as the South N41 instead of the laser.
